An initial enquiry is submitted via my website, which flags the date in my system and holds it temporarily while we discuss your enquiry/needs.
This also creates a client profile in my system and a client portal is set up for you.

An email will follow providing access to your client portal and a link to an important “READ ME” page full of information to help you decide if I’m the right photographer for you.

Most importantly, in your client portal you can then provide the further information needed for a bespoke quote for you to consider.

Discussion

Following your bespoke quote we’ll have the opportunity to discuss things further over email/call/face to face, whichever you prefer.

If you decide to book, head back to your client portal to accept the quote.

Upon receipt of your deposit the booking becomes official and confirmed in my system.
